Ever since December I've been keeping on top of wrist exercises to get rid of any tension. So far: I can now twist side to side, I still gotta work on the wrist bending upward and downward, which is gonna take a bit. But drawing has been back to how it was before. There are moments where there's like a light jolt of pain, then it's just gone for a long time. I had a follow up appointment with the doc on the 8th, and he said everything looks good; and I'm able to go 10 pounds on the right hand now. And if everything goes well and no issues are found; then this hand is back to lifting any weight.

It'll still be a bit to adjust to this new scar on my wrist, as well as just the experience from it. But I am very thankful for the kind and supporting words from you all, as well as the support form my friends and family. It's it easier to get through this broken wrist and the sudden stillness of not being able to create for awhile.

I am working on another animated project where patrons are seeing the progress being done. I hope ya guys look forward to it. Here's to more content in 2024!

Okay I forgot to follow up on the update here!

On the 27th of November; The doctor removed the cast and staples on the spot where they cut and did surgery. Afterwards he gave me some wrist exercise to do to loosen the tension and regain the motion I lost.

It's been like a week since and I am able to draw again, just slowly but surely getting the speed back to how I want it. I'll be doing tons of these exercises so I can this hand twisting and turning again. So now with my wrist at optimal level to draw, I'll be doing as much as possible for the holidays. Shouldn't be too much, but I don't wanna cause a sprain or give myself pain if I do a certain motion wrong on the wrist.

I wanna say thanks to you guys who've been wishing me a great recovery, it really does help. Happy Holidays and hope you look forward to the stuff!

I was able to get it done, but only got as close to Thanksgiving day. Hope ya guys enjoyed your thanksgiving turkey or any related meals as this gets out on Patreon! Public release will be later.

It has been five days since the surgery on my wrist. They placed the shattered bone back into the position its supposed to be and put a metal plate in the shape of a seven in there to keep it in place. The first inital few days I couldn't feel my entire arm, but now a lot of the numbness has gone away. I'm able to move my fingers freely and was advice to move them as often as possible.

Moving my hand to draw is gonna take a bit, since movement and holding is possible now, having a cast limited some of that movement has made it a bit of a slow process.

I have an animation that I have to finish that was supposed to be for Halloween, but that ended up not happening because of the wrist. Once that's out I'll decide what else I wanna work on since Twitter has limited my nsfw account no matter how many cases I try to make to appeal it. I still got Newgrounds and Itaku to submit animations though, so that's at least a positive. I'll keep ya guys updated.
